2. Products and Orders
We sell physical books and, at times, digital products or bonuses.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary (for example, due to pricing errors or suspected fraud).
If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. However, the price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the payment methods provided on the website.
4. Pre-Orders
If you purchase a book on pre-order:
- Payment is taken at the time of ordering.
- Estimated shipping timelines are provided as a guide only.
- Production and international shipping timelines may vary.
- We are not liable for delays outside of our control (including printing delays, freight delays, or customs processing).
We will communicate significant updates regarding pre-order timelines via email or our website.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within Australia and internationally (where available).
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to location, postal service delays, or external circumstances.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses supplied at checkout.
6. Returns and Refunds
We comply with Australian Consumer Law.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@thosewhowait.com.au with photographs and your order number.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method.
Digital products or downloadable bonuses are non-refundable once delivered.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, book content, graphics, branding, and digital downloads, is the intellectual property of Sarah Williams.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without written permission.
Purchasing a book or digital product does not grant you rights to reproduce or distribute its content.

Where digital downloads are offered (including pre-order bonuses), they are for personal use only.
You may not resell or reproduce digital files.
Access to digital content may be revoked if misuse is detected.

- Delays outside our reasonable control
- Loss caused by misuse of our products
